4 Cheese Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Here is a recipe using bacon, mushrooms and cheese.  After you cook up your bacon, drain the grease into a You Do It Suet® and make a homemade suet cake. This way you are cooking for the birds and yourself.

What you need

1 Package Mushrooms
2 Strips Bacon (chopped)
1 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
2 TBSP Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 TBSP Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
Italian Seasoning of your choice

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Start by cutting your bacon into small pieces and browning in a frying pan until cooked thoroughly.

Wash, remove stems and dry the mushrooms and place on a foil lined baking pan.

Warm the butter and cream cheese until soft.  Mix together all 4 cheeses, bacon, butter and the Italian seasoning in a small bowl.

Stuff each mushroom with the 4 cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms in the oven and back for 15 minutes.
