Beef Chili with Black Beans, Sour Cream & Chives

This is the perfect Fall/Winter dinner dish.  Made using simple ingredients that are very common in most every kitchen.  Using ground beef, linguica, beans and tomatoes this is the perfect filling family meal.

What you need

1 LB 80/20 Ground Beef
1/2 LB Linguica (chopped)
1 15 Ounce Can Black Beans (drained)
1 28 Ounce Can Crushed Tomatos
1 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste
1 Packet Chili Seasoning
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese
1 Small Onion Chopped
Chopped Scallions
Sour Cream
Crackers
Salt & Pepper

Start by browning the ground beef and linguica in a medium pot. As you need to, pour of the grease (fat) into your You Do It Suet® mold. Once the meat is well browned, add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, black beans and chili seasoning.  Mix together and simmer on low for 1-2 hours. Top your finished chili with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, scallions and onions. Add a side of crackers for crumbling and or dipping.
