Chocolate Ricotta Pie

If you enjoy chocolate, and you want a super easy dessert recipe. Look no further than the recipe below for chocolate ricotta pie. This pie is so amazingly yummy and is the perfect addition to any special event or just because.  It does not include any meat, but is a nice addition to the recipes section on the You Do It Suet® website.

What is so great about this recipe is there is no actual cooking, and it can be made in 10 minutes or less.

What you need

1 Ready made Pie Crust ( We like the Oreo crust)
1 15 Ounce Container of low fat Ricotta Cheese
1 12 Ounce bag of Semi Sweet Chocolate
Whipped cream ( you can buy heavy cream and whip your own using a Mosa, or buy a ready made canister)

Begin by warming the ricotta in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then place in a mixing bowl. Warm 90% of the chocolate chips in the microwave until melted. ( Do this in 45 second increments, mixing in between until fully melted). Add the melted chocolate to the ricotta cheese in the mixing bowl and mix together until nice and smooth. Pour the chocolate/ricotta mixture into the pie crust. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Place the entire pie in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.  Top with whipped cream.
