Frozen Pudding with Graham Cracker Crust
I bet you did not know that you can also make tasty treats for you and your family using the You Do It Suet® mold?!? Yes, You Do It Suet® is food safe and perfectly shaped and sized for creating treats for people too! Recently we created a frozen pudding treat with a graham cracker crust. The dessert creation was so tasty we figured we would share it with you!
Frozen Pudding with Graham Cracker Crust Recipe
What you will need:
2 You Do It Suet® molds
3.4-3.9 Ounce Package vanilla bean pudding mix
1/2 Cup fresh or frozen berries
1 Package of graham crackers
2 TBSP Softened butter
Begin by mixing the pudding mix as per the package instructions. Pour the pudding into each You Do It Suet® mold. Top the pudding with berries. In a separate bowl crush the graham crackers and mix in the softened butter. Top the berries with the graham cracker mixture. Place the filled You Do It Suet® mold in the freezer to set. Once set (should take about 2 hours) release the frozen pudding treat onto a cutting board. Let rest at room temperature for about 1 hour or until pudding is soft enough to cut with a knife. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
Notes: If you only have 1 You Do It Suet® mold, you can cut the recipe in half. You can use any flavor of pudding. You can use plain graham crackers or cinnamon.
