Hard Boiled Deviled Eggs

Perfect as an appetizer or as a healthy breakfast alternative!

What you need

1 Carton of Eggs
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
3 TBSP Mustard
Salt & Pepper

Place eggs on the bottom of a saucepan.  Cover with 2 inches of cold water. Heat the pot on high until boiling. Once boiling, cover the pot, and turn off the heat. Let the pot sit on the hot burner for 12 minutes. Strain out the water from the pan by running the cold water over the eggs. Peel the eggs, settings the shells aside for use in your next You Do It Suet®. Slice each egg in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place in a small bowl.  Mix the eggs yolks with the mayonnaise and the mustard. Scoop spoonfuls of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Top with paprika, salt and pepper.

Crush the eggs shells and save them for your next You Do It Suet®, suet cake recipes can be found here.
