Phyllo Wrapped Asparagus

This recipe can be made using store bought asparagus or home grown asparagus.  The perfect before dinner snack.

What you need

30 Asparagus Spears
1/2 Package Frozen Phyllo Dough Sheets, thawed
1 Stick Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Clean the asparagus and snap off the ends.  Unwrap the phyllo dough.  Cover the phyllo dough with a damp paper towel to keep it from drying out.  Take 2 sheets of phyllo dough and brush with butter, sprinkle with Paremsan cheese and place 3 asparagus spears on the short end of the sheet.  Roll up. Brush with more melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Repeat until all asparagus has been used. Place the wrapped spears on a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
