Suet For Birds

Making your very own homemade suet cakes is soooo easy! Just see the steps below and you’ll be on your way to making your very own suet cakes before you know it!
Step 1 – Get out your You Do It Suet®
Step 2 – Cook your meat (pictured below is 1 pound of 80/20 ground beef)
Step 3 – Drain your excess grease (fat) into the You Do It Suet® mold.
Step 4 – Add flavoring (if you prefer) such as nuts, berries, dried fruits and bird seed. See the Recipes Page for more details. OR you can stop at this step and place your You Do It Suet® in the fridge or freezer until your cook meat again.
Step 5 – Mix the ingredients together. Be sure the mixed ingredients reach the 1 inch mark on your mold. If not, just add more flavorings.
Step 6 – Place your You Do It Suet® in the fridge or freezer to harden. Once hardened, remove the suet cake and place in any suet feeder. Your birds will thank you!
