Turkey with White Bean Chili

A change of pace from the traditional beef chili. Perfect for a cool Winter evening.  Enjoy with a side of fresh made cornbread and or tortilla chips.

What you need

1 LB Ground Turkey
1 Small Chopped Onion
1 4 Ounce Can Green Chili Peppers, Chopped
2 TSP Ground Cumin
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained
1 Cup Water
2 Cloves Garlic
Sour Cream, Scallions, Shredded Cheese for Garnish
Salt & Pepper

In a skillet, brown the ground turkey. As you need to, pour of the grease (fat) into your You Do It Suet® mold. Once the turkey is fully cooked, season with salt and pepper.  Add the chopped onion and chili peppers. Cook until soft.  Stir in cumin, garlic, cannellini beans, chicken broth and water.  bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Garnish with sour cream, scallions and shredded cheese.
